Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
Tilt and swirl the pan quickly so the batter spreads into a thin, even circle.
Cook for about 1–2 minutes, until edges begin to lift and bottom is lightly golden.
Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serve & Enjoy
