Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus more for cooking)
Instructions
Make the Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and eggs.
Slowly add in the milk and water, whisking until smooth.
Add salt and melted butter; mix until well combined. Batter should be thin.
Preheat the Pan
Heat a lightly buttered non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
